On Thursday - March 15 at 17:11, station 4-5 was dispatched to 298 S. Kinzer Rd (Paradise Twp) for a Chimney Fire. Chief 4-2-2 was the first to arrive on scene, and reported "light smoke showing from the chimney". All occupants were out of the house at this time. Deputy 4-5 (G. On Saturday 2/4/12 at 9:59am, Engine 4-5-2 was dispatched to 788 Strasburg Rd (Paradise Twp) for a vehicle accident - class 1. Additonal received via LCWC was "pick-up truck on side, partial blocking - uknown injuries" Station 4-7 was intially dispatched to the call, but upon their arrival they informed LCWC that it was a 4-5 box. On January 30, 2012 (Monday) at 15:55 – Engine 4-5-2 was dispatched to the area of 790 Strasburg Rd (Rt 741) for a vehicle accident – class 1. Intially Sta 4-7 was dispatched for this call, however upon arrival of Chief 4-7-3 it was determined to be in Station 4-5's running territory and thus E4-5-2 was dispatched. Early Monday morning on January 16, Engine 4-5-2 & Tanker 4-5 were dispatched to assist Sta. 5-1 on a 2nd Alarm Dwelling Assignment, on Old Dam Rd in Bart Twp. Chief 5-1-2 had arrived on scene and reported a working fire, and requested the assignment be upgraded. On Tuesday - December 27, 2011 at 13:15pm Engine 4-5-2 was dispatched to the area of Route 30 & N. Vintage Road (Paradise Twp) for a vehicle accident with Entrapment.
